The specialist in flour improvement and flour fortification, Mühlenchemie, and its Iranian local partner Samin NanSahar, have organized a seminar for the Iranian milling industry professionals at Sahar Bread School in Teheran.
The “Certified Advanced Training Course” was divided into three units that make up the seminar. The first unit brought 15 participants from the milling industry to the SaharBreadSchool.
The subject of this first part was “From Flour to Bread” and illustrated the basics of flour improvement. In addition to the theoretical teaching, the information given was substantiated by several baking trials.
The aim of the seminars is “to share knowledge, and help the millers by making their daily work easier”, Nazim Hamed, area sales manager of Mühlenchemie, explained. “The participants were very satisfied”, he continued, “and we were able to meet our guests’ expectations through an intensive dialogue.”
The participants who attend all three parts of the seminar will be issued with a certificate. The second unit will be announced after the Iranian new year Nowruz.
