EUROGERM, through its scientific and educational institute Arpèges, launches the 4th edition of its innovation trophies (the Epix d’Or trophies), which are now open to professionals in the wheat, flour and bread industry and students from business, agronomy and bakery schools of the world.

EUROGERM is specialized in ingredients and in technological, sensory and nutritional solutions of high creative value and the awards are created to reward the best initiatives and add value to the wheat/flour/bread industry.

Individually or in teams, entrants have to develop a product, service or method connected with the wheat, flour and bread industry that fits into one of the four broad topical subject areas proposed: New Consumer Trends; Customer Experience; Sustainable Development and CSR and Digital.

To enter, candidates must register online and can follow all the latest news up to the award of the trophies, which will take place at the Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) 2018 trade fair in Paris.

Opening date for entries is Monday September, 4. The deadline for entries: Friday October, 27.
