The UK's Food Standards Agency (FSA) has recommended reducing saturated fat in baked goods and chocolate.

A 10 per cent reduction was suggested for chocolate bars with fillings, plain, sweet and savoury biscuits and plain cakes.

A minimum of a five per cent reduction was made for non-plain biscuits biscuits and cakes.

Further recommendations are expected to be made regarding pastry and savoury snacks.
