Fortuna Maschinenbau Holding AG has brought a new product line for dividing and moulding bread doughs to the market.

The bread lines are suitable for all current doughs and they are characterised by a very accurate dough portioning. The division of the dough is effected so gently that the dough structure is maintained as far as possible. Due to the short set-up and cleaning times, bakers may produce a large range of breads at a low expenditure of time.

The suction divider with a weight range from 50 to 2,000 grams produces up to 3,000 dough pieces per hour. It permits to process all current doughs in a particularly gentle way by means of a pressing piston controlled by the oil hydraulics. The frame and the removable covering are completely made of stainless steel, which considerably simplifies the cleaning. The line is available as a one chamber or two chamber system.

The dough divider by Vemag is equiped with a new division system with double screw. It permits to portion doughs of any dough resting time and at a dough yield up to 220 and at a high weight accuracy without any problems. The same applies for doughs with large-piece fillings such as nuts or dates. A further advantage is related to the high level of efficiency since it is not necessary to add any cutting oil to the machine.
