A new baking show being launched this year has already got off to a great start with some of the industry's heavyweights signing up to the event.

All Things Baking, a new annual trade event launching on October 2-4 in Chicago, Illinois, has attracted some major players including Avalon Deco Suppliers, DecoPac, Inc., ORBIS, and DeMarle, Inc. as exhibitors.

Developed by the Retail Bakers of America (RBA), American Bakers Association (ABA) and BEMA (Bakery Equipment Manufacturers & Allieds), All Things Baking will serve as the industry's annual marketplace during the two-year gap between the triennial International Baking Industry Exposition.

Organisers are preparing a high-energy, tech-savvy event that will appeal to today's forward-thinking entrepreneurial retailers who are looking for ongoing opportunities to take their baking or food business to the next level.
