Nippon Flour Mills and Showa Sangyo will raise the prices of their flour products for sale to commercial users on June 20.

Bread flour prices will go up by 330 yen per 25 kilograms, up 10 pct from the current prices. The move came after the government raised the prices of imported wheat by 18 pct on April 1.

Nippon Flour and Showa Sangyo followed industry leader Nisshin Flour Milling Inc., which announced a similar price hike last week.
