UniShine – a solution for egg-bound bakers PDF Print E-mail
Written by admin

Unifine has eradicated all the problems of egg-based glazes with the flick of a pastry brush thanks to the introduction of UniShine - a vegetable-based alternative to the humble ‘cackleberry'.

A sterilised, clean label, ready-to-use gloss which is created from vegetable proteins, UniShine offers the baker batch upon batch of good-looking, shiny topped products and a uniform, non-sticky surface which doesn't
cling to silicon paper or baking trays.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, the liquid RTU spray contains no allergens, Enumbers, preservatives or GMO. It is also free of hydrogenated fat and palm oil.

"From January 2012 it will be illegal in EU countries to produce eggs from batterycaged birds," points out Simon Solway, UK Managing Director of Unifine Food & Bake
Ingredients.
