The right mixing technology is the key to a perfect baking result and the evidence for that will be highlighted on October 12th at the VDB Mixing Forum in the WP Kemper Baking Center in Rietberg.

Besides the demonstration of different mixing systems and following processing of the dough, Regional Sales Manager Hans-Peter Hetkamp will give a speech about innovative mixing technologies.

The event is completed by a tour through the company and tasting of the manufactured bakery products.
