Kraft adds breakfast biscuits to BelVita brand PDF Print E-mail

Kraft Foods has added a range of yoghurt breakfast biscuits to its BelVita brand in the UK.

The Belvita Breakfast Yogurt Crunch is made with wholegrains, cereals, provides a source of fibre and calcium and contains a selection of vitamins and minerals, the company said. The biscuits include a live yoghurt filling in the middle, reported just-food.

The launch follows the introduction of the Belvita breakfast biscuit range in the UK last January.

Kraft Foods senior brand manager Rahul Gursahani said: "We are all very proud of the result and this will hopefully continue to increase the current appetite for breakfast biscuits in the UK."

The Belvita Breakfast Yogurt Crunch is available in supermarkets and leading retailers for GBP2.49 (US$3.97) and comes in a 253g box containing five sachets of two biscuits.
