La Brea Bakery, a North American artisan bread brand, launches a new snack, made from single origin heirloom wheat.

La Brea Bakery’s Flatbread Crisps are made with premium ingredients like fresh herbs and spices, and twice baked to become crunchy. The Flatbread Crisps are available in select markets and will soon be introduced in grocery stores throughout the US. They come in three varieties: rosemary, sea salt and smoked paprika.

 said Andrew Blok, brand director for La Brea Bakery. “Made from simple, recognizable ingredients and baked with integrity, the new La Brea Bakery Flatbread Crisps are the perfect addition to our carefully crafted retail line of foods.”

The new flatbread crisps are sold in individual 6.75 oz. bags, and retail in grocery stores for USD3.99.

La Brea Bakery has started a campaign to inform the customers on the origin of the wheat and raise awareness regarding the food they eat.
