Continuous Process Solutions Appoints Geoff Priest As Sales Director

Steel belt technology specialist Continuous Process Solutions has appointed Geoff Priest as Sales Director, bringing nearly five decades of engineering sales and business development experience to the company as it seeks to strengthen customer support across multiple industrial sectors.

Priest, who was born and raised in Dudley, joins the company with 47 years of experience working with manufacturers, OEMs and processing businesses. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in engineering sales, technical support and business development, earning a strong reputation within the West Midlands manufacturing community.

In 2000, Priest joined Race Industrial as Business Development Manager, supplying bearings and power transmission products to manufacturers, foundries, steel processors and OEMs. The business was subsequently acquired by Certas, providing him with broader exposure to international industrial markets and customers.

During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Priest established Black Country Engineering Solutions, a business supplying engineering consumables including bearings, hoses and oils. The company remains active today, with Priest continuing his involvement alongside his new responsibilities at Continuous Process Solutions.

In his new role, Priest will focus on developing relationships with customers in the bakery tunnel oven and IQF (individually quick frozen) processing sectors, as well as factory fit-out specialists. He will support customers across the company’s steel belt technology portfolio and help processors improve equipment performance and operational reliability.

The appointment comes as Continuous Process Solutions expands its customer engagement activities, with Priest expected to play a key role in supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

Commenting on his appointment, Priest said: “I’m excited to join Continuous Process Solutions at such an important stage of its growth. The company has an excellent reputation and I look forward to working closely with customers and partners to help drive the business forward.”

Priest will also represent the company at the upcoming PPMA Show 2026 in September, where visitors will be able to learn more about Continuous Process Solutions’ steel belt technologies and applications.
