Reading Bakery Systems Appoints New Director of Sales, Exact Mixing

Reading Bakery Systems, a manufacturer of bakery and snack production systems, has promoted Matt Risser to Director of Sales, Exact Mixing on August 31, following the retirement of Jim Warren, a longtime employee.

Chip Czulada, CEO of Reading Bakery Systems, stated: “Matt has built strong relationships with customers through his technical knowledge, collaborative approach and commitment to helping manufacturers succeed, […] He understands both the technology and the challenges our customers face every day, making him well positioned to continue growing the Exact Mixing business while building on the outstanding foundation Jim established.”

In his new role, Risser will lead global sales for Exact Mixing continuous mixing systems, working closely with manufacturers to improve product consistency, increase production efficiency and expand automation. He has a background in mechanical engineering and project management.
