The Pizza Cupcake Rebrands as Incredifulls and Expands Portfolio  

The Pizza Cupcake company featured on Shark Tank in 2021 is rebranding under the name Incredifulls, aiming to expand their portfolio by reimagining more foods and going beyond the initial product they released. Their updated lineup now includes The Pizza Cupcake, the breakfast cups, and the PB&J Cups, all of the products sitting inside a brioche-sourdough crust.

Michelle Jimenez-Meggiato, Co-Founder of Incredifulls, stated: “Our objective has never been to build one successful product, […]  We’re building a platform that allows us to continually reimagine the foods that families have always loved.”

Another Co-Founder of the company, Andrea Meggiato, added: “Growing up in Italy taught me that cooking is both tradition and creativity, […] With Incredifulls, we get to experiment and share that joy with the world.”
