DESCRIPTION:iba will open its doors in Düsseldorf from 18 to 22 May 2025. Until the event in May 2025\, iba’s multimedia campaign „Baking New Ways“ will present various players and innovative concepts from the industry as well as highlights from the trade fair. All topics have one thing in common: their importance for the baking industry! In addition\, personal stories are shared that touch and inspire. These will be told from the industry and for the industry. \niba has been held every three years since 1949. However\, due to the COVID-19 pandemic\, the 2021 edition was postponed to 2023. The 2023 iba trade fair took place from October 22-26 in Munich\, Germany. In 2025\, iba will be held in Düsseldorf from May 18-22. After that\, the regular three-year rotation will resume\, with the next editions taking place in 2027 and 2030 \n
