The American Bakers Association recently opened registrations for the 2027 ABA Convention, which will take place from May 1 to 5, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nearly 600 commercial baking leaders are expected to gather for the annual event.
The association stated that next year, attendees can expect thought leadership, business strategies, and networking opportunities.
Brian LeComte, the ABA Chair and President and COO of Gold Medal Bakery, stated: “Convention is where leaders come together to exchange ideas, strengthen their businesses, and advance the industry’s advocacy efforts, ensuring baking’s voice is heard where it matters most. […] I’m excited to welcome our industry to Scottsdale and encourage everyone to register early for what promises to be an exceptional event.”

This year’s edition welcomed more than 550 attendees and nearly 60 commercial baking companies.
