Another main event will be a presentation on the results of the second edition of the “AECOC Shopperview Barometer”, a study that focuses on food handling and conservation and preparation habits in homes, presented by Xavier Pera, the head of Food Safety at AECOC. An additional presentation will be made by Yolanda Torres, part of the consulting firm Kersia, who will present the latest tools to anticipate and manage microbiological risks through advanced monitoring, analysis and prevention systems.

Finally, global trends in ingredients will be discussed by Enric Tardio, the Senior Business Development Manager at Innova Market Insights. There will also be a Startup Corner area where tiny start-ups will present disruptive solutions with the potential to transform the food industry.
