Fi Europe Officially Opens Registrations, Set to Be the Largest One Yet

Fi Europe, the global food ingredient event, has officially opened registrations for this year’s edition, which will be held at Messe Frankfurt. This year, the event, hosted by Informa Markets, will take place from 17-19 November. The event invites the food and beverage ingredients industry to collaborate and elevate its collective industry expertise. This year’s edition is set to welcome over 1,650 exhibitors and around 27,000 visitors, making it the largest one to date.

On the third day of the event, guests can expect an in-depth discussion on the growing topic of weight management, led by experts from across the industry. The main topic of discussion will be how the rise of GLP-1 medications and changing consumer eating behaviors are reshaping food innovation.

Fi Europe 2026 is also set to present the latest best-in-class ingredients while showcasing various natural and organic solutions. Besides the exhibitions, networking opportunities, and discussions about trending topics and ingredients, the event will provide free Innovation Tours. The purpose of these tours is to offer guided insights into how exhibitors are responding to market demands through improved technology, meat alternatives, and new ideas for sustainability.

The event will also provide additional activities for guests to attend. They can take part in the Women’s Networking Breakfast and the Future of Nutrition Lunch & Learn.

The Fi Europe Innovation Awards are also returning, celebrating new connections and collaborations in the industry, along with the year’s notable innovations.
