Handtmann Announces Bakery Experience Day 2026
Handtmann announced the dates for the 2026 edition of Bakery Experience Day, which will be held at the Handtmann Innovation Center, in Biberch, Germany, between September 22 and 23. The two program-identical event days will be held in English on September 22 and in German on September 23. Under the motto “Master Modern Bakery Production”, this year’s edition will focus on current industry developments, future topics, and innovative production processes.
The event is mainly intended for mid-sized industrial bakeries, large scale commercial bakeries, bakery manufacturers looking to modernize production, production managers, R&D teams, and technical specialists.
According to Handtmann, attendees can expect live demonstrations of bakery processing equipment, modern dough dividing and portioning technologies, automated production solutions, product development and innovation for baked goods, practical application sessions at the Handtmann Innovation Center, and networking with bakery professionals and Handtmann technology experts.
