Bob’s Red Mill Updates Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour

Bob’s Red Mill, a US-based producer of baking products and gluten free foods, has announced an updated formula for its Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour.

The updated flour is intended to replace wheat flour in non-yeast recipes, including cookies, cakes and muffins. According to the company, the new formulation builds on the original product while providing improved texture and flavor.

The Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour was developed to make gluten free baking more accessible by allowing consumers to use it as a direct replacement for wheat flour without changing their recipes or adding specialty ingredients.

Daniel Barba, Vice President of Marketing at Bob’s Red Mill, stated: “Our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour has long been a go-to for gluten free bakers because of its versatility, reliability and ease of use.”

The company said the flour continues to be produced and packaged at its dedicated 100% gluten free facility and is tested using an ELISA Gluten Assay to confirm its gluten free status.

The updated product is currently rolling out across the US and is available through retailers including Costco, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Amazon, Albertsons, Kroger, Publix and Wegmans.
