Lucian Marin Joins World Bakers Summit 2026 with Value Creation Masterclass

Lucian Marin will bring a strategic look at value creation across the bakery industry ecosystem to World Bakers Summit 2026, in a masterclass examining how value can be built from artisan bakers and industrial producers through to distributors, retailers and foodservice operators, a chain in which frozen and par-baked products increasingly serve as the connecting link.

World Bakers Summit will take place from September 15 to 17, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, bringing together bakery manufacturers, retailers, hospitality operators, ingredient suppliers and technology providers from across Central and Eastern Europe.

The session will examine the main growth levers available to each part of the chain, looking beyond the product itself to the customer relationship, the operating model and how strategy can turn market opportunities into concrete development. Starting from three core questions, why, what and how a strategy is built, the masterclass will put established industry business models into perspective alongside the approaches of companies rewriting the rules through innovation and new ways of responding to consumption moments, a theme with direct relevance for frozen bakery producers adapting to shifting retail and foodservice demand.

The format will be workshop-based, designed to challenge participants to look differently at their own business, their market and their growth opportunities, and to identify new directions for expansion and innovation.

World Bakers Summit takes place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest. Registration, the latest agenda and information about confirmed speakers are available at  worldbakerssummit.com.
