Little Caesars Expands Robot Delivery with Coco Robotics

Little Caesars is expanding its use of autonomous delivery robots through a collaboration with Coco Robotics, with the technology currently serving participating locations in Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami.
The rollout is also expected to reach downtown San Jose, where Coco Robotics recently expanded its operations. The companies said the current deployment marks the beginning of a broader rollout intended to bring autonomous delivery to more Little Caesars customers.
Orders placed at participating Little Caesars locations through DoorDash and Uber Eats may be fulfilled by Coco’s autonomous robots. The technology integrates directly into the platforms’ existing ordering systems, requiring no additional manual entry or steps from restaurant teams.
Once an order is prepared, it moves from the kitchen to the curb, where a Coco robot handles the final stage of delivery to the customer. According to the companies, the system is designed to provide faster and more efficient deliveries while reducing the environmental impact associated with conventional delivery methods.
Trish Heusel, VP of Innovation at Little Ceasers, stated: “This partnership is about delivering more value and convenience to our guests, […] By integrating Coco’s autonomous robots, we can deliver hot, delicious pizza in record time to more customers.”
Heusel added that automating deliveries can help reduce congestion inside restaurants and allow orders to leave locations more quickly during peak periods.
The initiative has already received recognition through the 2026 Franchise Innovation Awards, where Little Caesars was named Innovator of the Year for Operations & Technology and received the Most Innovative Use of Technology award.
