MIWE America will stock its MIWE orbit rotary rack ovens at its New Jersey facility to provide US bakeries with faster access to the equipment ahead of the holiday baking season.
The bakery equipment manufacturer plans to make the MIWE orbit models available for delivery across the US, starting in October. Spare parts for the ovens will also be stocked at the company’s Middlesex, New Jersey facility.
The MIWE orbit can also be tested at MIWE’s live baking center at its Middlesex headquarters, allowing customers to assess the oven’s performance before installation.
Designed for in-store and retail bakeries, chain restaurants and other foodservice operators, the MIWE orbit is a convection oven capable of accommodating a double rack while maintaining a compact footprint.
The oven features touchscreen controls with Easy, Professional and Manual modes, allowing users to adjust temperature, baking time and steam according to their experience level. Twenty automated baking programs for products including rolls, cookies, bagels and cupcakes are included as standard.
Following delivery, bakeries can access on-site installation support from MIWE’s technical service team. The company said this is intended to enable quick setup while minimizing operational disruption.
