MIWE Launches New Line of Automated Oven Loading and Unloading Systems

MIWE America, a bakery equipment manufacturer, has launched a line of automated oven loading and unloading systems, designed to help retail, wholesale, in-store, and other bakeries reduce strenuous, labor-intensive tasks and streamline workflow efficiency.

The company offers both fully automated and semi-automated systems that load and unload the company’s ovens with zero or minimal staff involvement. Multiple trays of unbaked products may be loaded onto multiple corresponding decks in multiple ovens fast, safely, and smoothly, and then unloaded after baking without placing the repetitive responsibility onto staff.

There are four standard models available: the fully automated MIWE athlet XXL, athlet XL, athlet L, and the semi-automated MIWE sherpa, all featuring a modular design that permits future expansion as ovens are added without discarding the original installation or disrupting production, stated MIWE. Also, a variety of configurations, accessories, and built-in adjustments are available to suit specific requirements.
