Dawn Foods Releases New Churro Donut Mix

Due to the growing demand for visually striking and experience-led bakery products, Dawn Foods introduced its new Churro Donut Mix. The product became available across the US on July 1.

The concept enables a range of variations, from simple cinnamon sugar coatings to more premium applications, and it can be combined with Dawn icings, compounds, and coatings. The Churro donut is described by Dawn Foods to be a cake donut, rather than yeast-raised, requiring a different production process and the use of a specific plunger.
