Pizza Pizza Makes Rolls a Permanent Menu Item in Canada
Pizza Pizza, a Canadian quick-service pizza chain, has made its Pizza Pizza Rolls a permanent addition to its menu, following a successful limited-time launch earlier this year. The rolls launched nationally across the chain’s traditional Canadian locations on August 17. Pizza Pizza Rolls are available to order at participating locations, by phone, through the company’s website and via the Pizza Pizza app.
The permanent lineup includes six varieties: Pepperoni, featuring pepperoni and cheese; Hawaiian Heat, combining bacon crumble, pineapple and hot banana peppers; and Veggie, made with olives and sundried tomatoes.
The range also includes Creamy Garlic & Pepperoni, combining pepperoni with a creamy garlic flavor, alongside Cheese and Four Meat, which features pepperoni, bacon crumble, Italian sausage and ground beef.
Amber Winters, Senior Marketing Director at Pizza Pizza, stated: “After the overwhelmingly positive response this spring, making Pizza Pizza Rolls a permanent menu staple was an easy decision, […] It scored well on taste appeal, convenience and value, all top attributes in the quick-service industry.”
The company is positioning the product as a grab-and-go option for the back-to-school season, with the portable format intended to provide consumers with a convenient alternative to traditional pizza.
