Tiff’s Treats Launches its First Gluten Friendly Cookie

Tiff’s Treats introduced on September 21 its first ever gluten friendly cookie: the Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie. The team reportedly spent over three years developing and refining the recipe.

The new cookie includes gluten free flour, cashew flour, cashew pieces, coconut flakes and chocolate chips, served warm, states the company. The product is available for purchase at select Tiff’s Treats US locations.

Tiff’s Treats co-founder, Tiffany Tayor, stated: “We’ve heard our customers asking for a gluten friendly cookie for years, and we wanted one too, […] But we weren’t going to launch one until we had a cookie we genuinely loved. It took us more than three years to get here, and we’re so excited for people to finally try it.”

Tiff’s Treats is an American warm cookie delivery company that was started in Austin, Texas, in 1999, by then college students Tiffany Taylor and Leon Chen. The company bakes cookies fresh to order and delivers them warm for certain occasions.
