ADM Drives Forward F&B Innovation & Reformulation at FI Europe

At Food Ingredients Europe 2025, ADM will highlight the versatility of its full portfolio, showcasing its latest advancements in microbiome solutions and functional ingredients, including award-winning postbiotics like Bifidobacterium longum CECT7347 (ES1) and Lactobacillus gasseri CP2305, designed to support physical, mental and emotional well-being. As consumer interest grows in higher protein and fiber content, reduced sugar and sodium, and indulgent, flavorful experiences, ADM will demonstrate how taste innovation is driving growth alongside functional benefits.

The booth (40F10) will feature interactive demos, culinary tasting sessions with ADM’s chefs, and expert insights into ADM’s innovative solutions for food, beverage and supplement applications. Drawing from its extensive portfolio of biotics, plant-based proteins, savory and culinary ingredients, sweetening solutions, flavors – including citrus, sweet brown, hops – and colors from natural sources, ADM’s concepts are designed to address key sectors, including:

  • Reformulation for Taste and Nutrition: Today’s consumers want it all – exemplary tastes, nutritional benefits and clean label attributes. ADM’s recently unveiled 2026 Flavor & Color Trends, including themes such as “Give Me More” and “Authentic Wellbeing,” reflect these demands. ADM’s full solutions pantry, end-to-end formulation and culinary experts help brands meet evolving clean label and nutrition goals without compromising on taste.
  • Lifelong Vitality and Sleep, Stress, Mood Support: Consumers across generations seek ways to support their health now and for the years ahead, interlinking their sleep quality, stress levels and mood. ADM will specifically spotlight its game-changing Lactobacillus gasseri CP2305 postbiotic for improved sleep, stress and mood.
  • Personalized Optimization through Biotics & Protein Diversity: With consumers’ deeper understanding of the connection between the gut and well-being and a significant focus on more protein content (from a variety of sources), ADM is supporting new product innovations with highly functional soy protein, and science-backed pre-, pro- and postbiotics assisting with muscle health, digestive wellness, weight management, women’s health and active lifestyles.

ADM will also be featured in three Fi Europe Innovation Tours covering health and wellness ingredients, formulation support and pet food innovation. Further underscoring its innovation leadership, ADM is a finalist in the 2025 Fi Europe Innovation Awards for two categories:

  • Health Innovation Award: Lactobacillus gasseri CP2305 postbiotic
  • Sustainability Innovation Award: Regenerative agriculture collaborations across Europe

Plus, as a sponsor of the Women’s Networking Breakfast Event (on December 3 from 8:30-11am CET), ADM’s Mayka Van Acht, VP of HR, will present on “Navigating Your Career: Insights on Growth, Resilience, and Purpose.”
