A Journey with Pizza Trucks

Starting a pizza truck business is a big responsibility. There are many factors to consider, including buying the truck and equipping it, as well as legislation and locating. These factors are not easy to coordinate.

A fully developed trend in the US and Canada, mobile pizza kitchens have also begun operating throughout Europe, making it an interesting new business opportunity.

Food trucks are a popular phenomenon in the US, Canadian and Australian cities and are now also present in Europe, especially in France and the UK. There are two possibilities to consider when starting a new pizza truck business: you can buy a pizza truck from a specialized company or you can try to build one yourself, mixing and matching every component of your future mobile kitchen.
Of course, buying a new standard vehicle is an option, but many of these “restaurants on wheels” are using modified school busses or campers. The most important aspects imply combining a functional vehicle and a well-equipped kitchen, which can be a challenging achievement.
