iba offers its exhibitors trainings and seminars

iba offers exhibitors live-moderated online trainings, a budget planner and a so-called stand configurator, to support its exhibitors for the preparation of the industry highlight of the year.

The comprehensive service package called ibaCONSULTING is the best preparation for your trade fair presence at the world’s leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks in Munich from September 12 to 17, 2015.

To be held at the Fairground Messe München, iba offers its exhibitors a range of different trainings and seminars. With their help, businesses can prepare individually according to their needs for the trade fair in order to achieve the objectives set.
Thus, companies have, for example, the possibility to book exclusive in-house trainings. A trainer who comes for a half or full day to the respective company helps with the planning and optimization of the trade fair appearance. Together with the exhibitor, he develops an individual training plan, which optimally prepares the team based on practical examples for the trade fair appearance. In addition, the expert helps with the design of a customized exhibition script that covers all phases of the project and ensures the presentation of products and company messages at iba in a perfect way. The possible range of topics for the in-house training is diverse: It ranges from the efficient planning before the trade fair to conversation techniques at the stand to the systematic follow-up and measuring of success in the weeks thereafter.
Furthermore, webinars convey useful tips for a successful trade fair participation. During these moderated online trainings, an expert trains the iba exhibitors for their trade fair presence and provides useful information for the preparation and the time during and after the trade fair. For iba exhibitors, webinars are free. After registration, contents are transferred to the computers in one’s own office. With Live-Chat, participants can directly put forward questions to the moderator. One can select between five modules à 30 minutes each in German and English. The topics are: trade fair organization (28 January 2015), exhibition stand design (4 February 2015), visitor marketing (11 February 2015), behaviour and communication at the booth (22 April 2015) as well as fair follow-up and evaluation (29 April 2014). Trainings begin at 10 o’clock.

In addition to that, iba offers additional free tools for preparation and planning on its website www.iba.de. These include, for example, a budget planner and a so-called stand configurator. Using these, the exhibitors can customize the look and features of their fair stand online and calculate the respective costs.
