Rademaker Partners with The Women’s Bakery

Rademaker BV announced a new partnership with The Women’s Bakery, a social organization based in Rwanda, that works to alleviate poverty in African nations through educating women and building bakeries.
The Women’s Bakery educates women and builds bakeries in East Africa, helping women launch and profitably manage their own bakeries. These bakeries are built in women’s communities and seek to meet local demand with ingredients that are sourced locally. With low prices and nutritious bread, these bakeries offer residents an affordable option for healthy food. The Women’s Bakery has seen success in both Rwanda and Tanzania.
“Rademaker’s expertise lies in improving processes and efficiently scaling up production in bakery businesses. Rademaker helps The Women’s Bakery to professionalize their operations and expand their teaching facilities. As a result, bakeries become independent more quickly and more women can be taught to start running their own bakeries,” according to a press release.
