Bakery equipment manufacturer MIWE America recently celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters. Spanning 15,000 square feet, the new facility features a MIWE live baking center, the MIWE America technical center, and a warehouse stocked with new production baking ovens, loading systems, proofer-retarders, and other refrigeration technologies, plus replacement parts for all models. The relocation is a key part of the company’s long term strategic plan to provide retail, wholesale, in-store, and other bakers with highly responsive, expert, local technical services, fast parts deliveries, and timely equipment installations throughout the United States.
The MIWE live baking center is a fully equipped demonstration bakery designed to allow bakers to test bake their signature baked goods on many of the latest full-size, fully operating baking equipment innovations prior to purchase. The MIWE America technical center hosts year-round, hands-on training and educational programs on the company’s equipment line for the company’s extensive network of professional service technicians and installers. Operator training is also open to bakers and other bakery industry customers.
Relocating after 25 years in Hillsborough, New Jersey, MIWE America is now located at 236 Blackford Ave., Middlesex, New Jersey 08846. The company is a subsidiary of MIWE Michael Wenz GmbH, Arnstein, Germany.
