Rousselot Returns to Fi Europe with New Collection of On-trend Collagen and Gelatin Concepts

Rousselot, Darling Ingredients’ health brand, will return to Fi Europe with a showcase of its collagen and gelatin-based solutions for science-backed health and wellness. Designed to deliver proven health benefits and to enhance nutritional profiles — by reducing sugar, increasing protein, or achieving a clean label, Rousselot’s ingredients help brands create products that balance well-being and indulgence. Visitors will be able to experience these benefits firsthand through a variety of tasting concepts at the booth.

A highlight of the exhibit will be Nextida GC, Rousselot’s latest collagen peptide innovation, clinically shown to support metabolic wellness by naturally stimulating GLP 1 and GIP secretion. Attendees will be invited to sample “Cosmopolitan” and “Vegas” mocktails, hazelnut macchiatos, and appetizer crackers featuring Nextida GC.

Additional prototypes on-stand include Peptan-powered drinks, functional gummies made with SiMoGel technology, and a new low-sugar, high-fiber snack bar fortified with collagen protein. Each concept offers either proven functional benefits or improved nutritional profiles without compromising indulgence.
