German Pavilion at Modern Bakery Moscow 2016

Traditionally the German producers of technology for the bakery and confectionary industry represent a significant market share internationally and this is the reason why Modern Bakery Moscow 2016 will have a strong German Pavilion, March 14-17. 

Supported by the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) and the German Engineering Association (VDMA) German companies will present their latest product ranges and developments focused at the Russian market.

The preliminary list of exhibitors at Modern Bakery Moscow was already published.

“Richemont” center share their experience

On the other hand, the Switzerland’s Centre of Excellence for bakery and confectionery skills “Richemont” will daily share their experience and new technologies at Modern Bakery Moscow.

The daily presentations will be held at 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, each session will last 45 minutes.
During the master-classes, visitors will be able not only to study the technology of cooking of various confectionery and bakery products, but also to buy unique manuals in Russian from the experts of the Richemont center.
