Rubicon Bakers Announces Its 2019 Holiday Products

American Rubicon Bakers has announced its seasonal holiday product line including gingerbread layer cake with lemon cream cheese icing, pumpkin salted caramel cupcakes, peppermint fudge cupcakes and pumpkin cream cheese muffins.

Rubicon Bakers is a social-mission company seeking to “Bake a Better World” through its conscious business practices, the sourcing of ingredients free from artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, and its mission to hire and support those with significant barriers to employment. Many employees come to Rubicon Bakers from a life on the streets, from prison, or recently recovered from substance abuse.

According to a 2018 Accenture study, “Consumers are no longer making decisions based solely on product selection or price; they’re assessing what a brand says, what it does and what it stands for. They support companies whose brand purpose aligns with their beliefs. And they reject those that don’t.”

The holiday treats are all certified Kosher and will be available at select Whole Foods Market locations, Northern California Target stores, Sprouts Farmers Market, Ralphs, Safeway, and independent retailers in the U.S. this holiday season.
