PROCYS, specialized in the design and manufacture of equipment for the food industry, is bringing to interpack 2023 a range of automated machines for the production of macarons they developed in the past years.
With decades of experience working near industrial and semi-industrial macaron manufacturers, Procys decided to meet the demand from artisan++ by offering them a solution entirely adapted to their needs.
This patented solution will be exhibited on Interpack: a line to fill and assemble macarons able to achieve up to 2400 macarons per hour.
The main objective of this line is to make macarons by removing repetitive operations made manually by operators. The design of the machine allows ergonomic operator workstations and the elimination of repetitive movements in order to avoid musculoskeletal disorders generated by these operations when performed by hand.
The Procys solution allows bakeries to keep their artisanal recipes, simplify the process and save repetitive manual operations, create ergonomic workstations, obtain more consistent and accurate production, and save time and money, the company said.
