IPCO to Showcase Advanced Conveyor and Molding Systems at IBIE 2025

Steel belts and process systems specialist IPCO will spotlight the productivity and efficiency benefits of its latest technologies for bakery, chocolate and confectionery production at IBIE 2025. The company will offer live demonstrations of two major innovations: a next-generation belt tracking system and its high-performance Rotoform HP chocolate chip molding unit.

Steel belts engineered for high-performance baking

As a global supplier of solid and perforated steel conveyor belts, IPCO continues to serve OEMs and end users with solutions designed for demanding bake oven applications. Its belts are recognised for superior thermal conductivity, energy efficiency, and durability—contributing to lower heating costs and strong ROI thanks to their long service life and repairability.

New belt tracking system enhances reliability and uptime

Among the highlights on IPCO’s stand will be the new Compact Belt Tracking system, CBT 2G. This contact-free, optical sensor-based unit delivers fast, accurate corrections to any belt deviation, helping to extend belt life and minimise downtime. The CBT 2G complements IPCO’s broad range of conveyor components, from sheaves and shafts to bearings and breakpoints. The company also offers oven retrofitting services to convert mesh conveyors to steel belt systems.

Boosting chocolate output with the Rotoform HP

IPCO’s latest innovation in chocolate molding, the Rotoform HP, will be in action during the show. Designed for high-throughput production of free-flowing chips, the system can produce a wide range of chip sizes—between 30,000 and 300 pcs/kg—by switching out the shell. The unit supports production of both industrial ingredients and decorative chocolate formats.

Maximising output with minimal footprint

For producers seeking high-capacity solutions with limited space, IPCO offers triple pass cooling systems that maximise throughput while minimising floor usage. The company’s modular production approach also supports rapid start-ups and scalable expansion.

Piston Depositor Module for large-format molding

Expanding its chocolate molding portfolio further, IPCO recently launched a Piston Depositor Module (PDM) that delivers large, uniformly shaped wafers and chips using a direct-to-belt system with high precision. The PDM is fully compatible with the company’s Rotoform and extrusion units for seamless integration.

Global reach with local support

With a presence in 25 countries, IPCO backs its technology with regionally based service teams equipped to handle maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades—ensuring fast support wherever it’s needed.

IBIE 2025 visitors will find IPCO’s full range of solutions on display, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to process innovation and production efficiency.
