Bradman Lake Group Unveils Breakthrough Packaging Technologies at interpack

Bradman Lake is set to showcase a range of automation and packaging solutions at Interpack 2026, where it will exhibit in Hall 5, Stand C22 from 7–13 May.

The company will present technologies spanning flow wrapping, cartoning and end-of-line case packing, with a focus on efficiency, flexibility and sustainability in high-demand production environments.

A key highlight will be the global launch of the FT-iFLEX flow wrapper, designed to enhance precision and adaptability in packaging operations. The system builds on Bradman Lake’s modular platform, offering backward-compatible components and configurable end-seal units to accommodate a variety of packaging materials and applications.

The FT-iFLEX integrates intelligent track technology from Rockwell Automation, enabling zero-pressure product handling and independent product movement. This allows automatic adjustment of infeed pitch to match product size, eliminating mechanical changeovers and improving alignment between product and packaging material.

The result is improved sealing consistency, higher registration accuracy and greater responsiveness to upstream production variations, while reducing downtime and maintenance requirements. The system is also designed for high-mix production environments, supporting rapid changeovers with minimal operator intervention.

With its open-frame construction, the machine facilitates cleaning and hygiene compliance, making it suitable for applications across food, bakery, pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
