Campden BRI is holding a major Food and Beverage Innovation conference on 23-24 June to help companies come up with new and innovative ideas for product development.
Event Director, Sarah Chapman, said: “Ideas for innovation can come from many areas, both within and outside the food industry. Increasingly companies are recognising that allowing interaction and flow of ideas from different directions promotes an ideal climate for innovation to flourish.
“This conference will give delegates a wide perspective on food innovation. We aim to inspire them with ideas for new products, packaging, ingredients, technologies and brand strategies. Presentations will describe how companies from both within and outside the food industry innovate. There will also be ample opportunity for networking with others involved in the innovation process.”
