Arla Foods Ingredients will present a range of new high-protein food and beverage concepts at Fi Europe (2–4 December, Paris), highlighting its expertise in milk and whey protein innovation.
With more than 40% of health-conscious consumers choosing dairy to boost protein intake and over 30% opting for guilt-free snacking, demand for functional and innovative dairy formats continues to rise. Arla Foods Ingredients’ stand (71G8) will feature an Innovation Spotlight area showcasing five new concepts that combine taste, nutrition and novelty:
* A high-protein transparent yoghurt
* A drinking yoghurt with hydrolysed whey protein providing 25g of protein per serving
* Milky Spark, a carbonated, flavoured milk-like drink made with pure whey protein
* A gluten-free, high-protein (27%) cookie with a soft-baked texture and no added sugar
* A high-protein (25%) brownie with a fudgy texture and no added sugar

Visitors will also be able to sample additional functional and nutritious concepts, including a squeezable cheese, a drinking yoghurt and a kids’ UHT drink featuring Nutrilac MFGM. High in complete whey protein, MFGM delivers healthy lipids such as Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12 and choline. The ingredient is central to the company’s recently launched Whey360 campaign, which promotes MFGM’s benefits for functional foods across all life stages.
Arla Foods Ingredients will also highlight Easy Bite, a new bite-sized snack bar concept containing up to 40% high-quality protein per 18g serving, and functional protein waters featuring Lacprodan ISO.Water whey protein isolates for holistic hydration.
