Mühlenchemie is enlarging its team of sales personnel and consultants in the Middle East in order to offer local customers even better tailor-made solutions.
In this context it has appointed Nazim Hamed as a further Regional Sales Manager in the Ahrensburg company.
Nazim Hamed’s responsibilities lie in the field of sales and applications consultancy to customers in the Middle East.
One reason why Mühlenchemie is stepping up its activities in this region is the changing requirements of the local milling industry, which is undergoing increasing privatization.
“The economic pressure on the companies has increased noticeably over the years. What is more, the overall conditions for the production of flour are changing rapidly, too. The population is becoming more prosperous, and this is resulting in a growing demand for Western products besides traditional Arab bread. To ensure that mills can meet the increasing challenges of quality and profitability, we intend to give even more individual attention to customers and partner firms on the spot. We feel that enlarging our competent team is the key to success in this field”, says Lennart Kutschinski, Managing Director of Mühlenchemie.
Nazim Hamed studied applied business languages and international business management.
In the course of his education he specialized early in the Arab cultural region, spending part of his time in Egypt.
He speaks fluent Arabic and qualified for his appointment as a Regional Sales Manager by undergoing an intensive training programme in the company.
