CSM Ingredients has launched Creami, a new range of sweet fillings for bakery, pastry and confectionery applications, initially targeting key European markets including Italy, Germany, France, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, the UK and Poland.
The company said the range was developed through the collaboration between CSM Ingredients and Sipral, combining expertise in artisanal bakery ingredients and fillings technology. The portfolio includes a variety of textures and flavour profiles, ranging from smooth and creamy fillings to structured and crunchy options.
Designed for filling, layering and decorating applications, the Creami range includes bake-stable products as well as solutions aimed at delivering differentiated texture experiences. Flavour varieties include pistachio, hazelnut, cocoa and white chocolate.
According to the company, two products in the range — Crunchy Pistachio and Crunchy Hazelnut — incorporate caramelised kataifi inclusions developed with support from Casa della Mandorla, another company within the Nexture group specialising in nuts, dried fruit and pralines.
Valerie Diele-Braun, chief executive officer of Nexture, said the launch reflects the integration of expertise across companies within the group following the acquisition of Sipral Group.
CSM Ingredients said the range is intended to support bakery and pastry professionals seeking versatile and easy-to-use filling solutions while maintaining consistent product performance across different applications. The company also indicated plans to expand Creami into additional international markets in the future.
