Paris Baguette has unveiled a limited-time summer menu featuring a range of lemon blueberry and s’mores-inspired bakery products, cakes, pastries and beverages across its North American café network.
The seasonal launch combines fruit-forward flavours with nostalgic campfire-inspired treats, reflecting continued consumer interest in seasonal indulgence and experiential food offerings. The menu also includes a new savoury range developed in partnership with Boursin®.
“Summer is all about slowing down, soaking up moments with loved ones, and treating yourself to flavours that spark joy and bring back memories,” said Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America. “Whether guests are craving something fruit-forward and refreshing or something more nostalgic and indulgent, our menu was created to embody the essence of summer.”
The lemon blueberry collection includes a Lemon Blueberry Chiffon Cake, available whole or by the slice, alongside a Lemon Blueberry Tart, Lemon Blueberry Mochi Donut and Lemon Blueberry King Cream Donut. The beverage lineup features an Iced Blueberry Macchiato, Iced Blueberry Matcha Latte and a Blueberry Lemonade Refresher.
Paris Baguette has also introduced a s’mores-themed range inspired by traditional campfire treats. Products include the S’mores Chocolate Marshmallow Layer Cake, S’mores Supreme Croissant, S’mores Belgian Waffle, Iced S’mores Latte and S’mores Frappe.
In addition to the sweet offerings, the company has expanded its savoury menu through a collaboration with Boursin®. The range includes a Smoked Salmon & Boursin® Garlic Cheese Croissant, Grilled Chicken & Boursin® Garlic Cheese Wrap, Boursin® Garlic Cheese Quiche and Grilled Chicken & Boursin® Garlic Cheese Salad.
The launch highlights several trends shaping bakery and café menus, including seasonal flavour rotations, premium indulgence, cross-category innovation and the continued appeal of nostalgic flavour profiles. By extending the summer theme across cakes, pastries, beverages and savoury products, Paris Baguette is aiming to create multiple consumer touchpoints throughout the season.
