Dawn Foods has expanded its Delicream range of fat-based fillings with three new ready-to-use flavours aimed at professional bakers and pâtissiers.
The new additions, Delicream Pistachio, Delicream Crunchy Bueno and Delicream White Choc, are designed to combine indulgent flavour profiles with consistent performance across bakery and patisserie applications.
According to Dawn Foods, the launch reflects current trends in the sweet bakery category, where consumers are increasingly seeking more indulgent and visually appealing products influenced by social media.
Delicream Pistachio offers a roasted pistachio taste with a naturally derived colour, while Delicream Crunchy Bueno combines a smooth filling with a crunchy bite. Delicream White Choc has been developed as a versatile flavour for a wide range of bakery applications.
“We’re seeing a clear shift towards products that feel a bit more special whether that’s through flavour, texture, or how they look,” said Christopher Ries, Category Marketing Manager – Wet, Dawn Foods Europe & AMEAP. “With these new Delicream flavours, we wanted to give our customers something that helps them tap into those trends, while still being easy to work with and consistent in production.”
The fillings are designed to pipe smoothly, spread evenly and hold their structure in products including doughnuts, croissants, cakes, pastries and layered desserts.
Dawn Foods said the new Delicream range is made without artificial colours or flavours and uses RSPO SG-certified palm oil, in line with the company’s responsible sourcing commitments.
Further Delicream Crunchy flavour variations, including white and cocoa & hazelnut profiles, are planned for future introduction.
Delicream Pistachio, Delicream Crunchy Bueno and Delicream White Choc are now available in select markets.
