Kudos Blends Announces Strategic Partnership with American Distributer

Kudos Blends, a suppliers of key ingredients to the baking industry, has announced a new partnership with American distribution company AIC.

The deal will see AIC help promote award-winning Kudos Blends’ patented potassium bicarbonate across the American market.

Kudos Blends is a leading global maker and supplier of technically driven leavening agents to the bakery sector from its base in Shropshire, England.

The products Kudos Blends produce are used to assist bakeries reduce sodium in baked goods as well as increase potassium, improving the health of consumers worldwide.

They are a key ingredient used by bakers in doughs and batters to help lighten and soften their mixtures. The firm has been in business since 1999 bringing chemists and bakers together to understand the way the ingredients react in the baking process.
