New Cookie Dough Flavour from Pecan Deluxe

Inclusions specialist Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) has announced a new addition to its range of ice cream and dessert inclusions – white chocolate and raspberry cookie dough pieces.

Suited for ice cream and both chilled and frozen desserts, the main characteristic of the new product is that every piece can be baked off as a cookie. Developed from the company’s original all-American dough base, white choc and raspberry cookie dough complements the company’s range, with doughs currently available in 14mm & 19mm cylinders and 8mm cubes; however, a variety of other sizes can be offered. Like all Pecan Deluxe products the dough is made entirely of natural ingredients in segregated facilities – nut-free – and ultimately, the product will be rolled out to in-store bakeries in various formats, allowing convenience and choice for the consumer.

Additionally, Pecan Deluxe recently invested in a new, dedicated European cold extrusions plant, to meet high volume orders. Additional versions come in choc chip and double choc chip variants with several other new flavours currently undergoing trials, including cinnamon/apple and mint, and some of the doughs are also available as FreeRange.
