Einstein Chan joins Baker Perkins and focuses on the Asian biscuit market

Einstein Chan has joined the Baker Perkins team serving the biscuit industry as international sales account manager. 

Einstein, who will focus on the Asian market, has extensive experience of selling food processing, inspection and packaging machinery internationally, especially in Asia.

He has a biochemistry degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a post-graduate management diploma from Henley Management College.

Baker Perkins has supplied machinery and systems to produce soft and hard biscuits, cookies and crackers throughout the world for more than a century.
