New Product Line to Reduce Chemical Dough Conditioner Use Unveiled

US Bakers, Watson, has unveiled a new product line that reduces the use of chemical dough conditioner.

The West Haven, Connecticut, bakers has launched Soft n’ Mighty, a line of combination natural dough conditioners and crumb softeners for baked foods.

All of the range supplements, reduces or eliminates chemical conditioners.

Soft n’ Mighty can either replace or work with existing enzyme systems. It can also convert existing formulations or as a complete stand alone bakery proven natural dough conditioner.
