Meurens Natural has launched a new range of rice and oat syrups and hydrolyzed flour, with a wide variety of functionalities for food and drink applications.
These natural ingredients enable numerous functionalities, such as sweetness, sugar substitute, glucose syrup substitute, cereal taste, natural color, crispness, proteins, higher cereal value limiting the viscosity. They offer a more natural labeling: “oat syrup” instead of “sugar” or “glucose syrup”.
The non-refining process that guarantees the absence of chemical additives and the use of flour (instead of starch employed in conventional glucose industry) helps preserve the benefits of the raw materials such as minerals, taste and color allowing the cleaner and shorter labels.
The new range of rice syrups, oat syrups, spelt syrups, date syrup, date purée and many other tailor-made solutions are also available in organic quality.
