Davina Steel Secures Two New Distribution Deals

Gluten-free bakery Davina Steel has signed a contract to work with two leading distributors to further roll out the products across the UK.

The brand, which launched its popular gluten-free baking kits last year, has chosen to work with fine food wholesale specialist, Hider Foods and leading health food wholesaler, The Health Store.

“Hider Foods has an enviable reputation in the fine food trade and some fantastic contacts, while The Health Store is a specialist in its field. Our aim is to attract a new range of retailers who are looking to stock high quality, gluten free products. We produce six delicious gluten-free baking kits that are proving incredibly popular. In working with distributors such as Hider Foods, The Health Store and Springvale Foods, we’re hoping to boost our customer base across the UK over the next few months,” explains Dan Jennings, co-founder of Davina Steel.

Davina Steel launched its baking kits in 2018; there are six in the range: Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia, Onion Focaccia, Chocolate Chip Focaccia, White Loaf, Scones and Pizza. They are produced using only natural ingredients, with no hidden additives and free-from 13 known allergens. Each kit boasts a two-year shelf life and eye-catching packaging.
