Presence in Poland bears fruit

German flour milling company Kampffmeyer Food Innovation GmbH has recorded continuously growing demand for natural grain products in the Eastern European market.

The company has been present with a subsidiary in Poland for approximately two years. During this time, the amount of tonnage sold has increased sevenfold in the region.

Kampffmeyer’s customer base includes artisan bakeries as well as companies from the bakery and food industries.

Thanks to its location in Poland, the internationally operating company has successfully expanded its position in the Eastern European market.

Maciej Tomaka, managing director at Kampffmeyer Food Innovation Poland, says: “The Polish market is developing strongly at the moment. There is a trend towards single-person households in this country, so consumers are purchasing more convenience products. And food manufacturers are increasingly emphasizing premium quality ingredients at an affordable price. Our product portfolio accommodates these demands perfectly.”
